Whether you are starting your legal career or are an enthusiastic individual with up to 3 years PQE and are looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment, Benest and Syvret has the role for you.

The roles will provide the successful applicants with an exciting opportunity to join an experienced, solution driven team. We are interested in candidates with the drive and ability to flourish in a highly professional and friendly environment.
 
We expect the successful candidates to have 0-3 years’ PQE and a strong academics background. Some litigation experience would be an advantage but not essential.

ACCOUNT PREPARER/ADMINISTRATOR - PROBATE & ESTATE PLANNING

At Benest & Syvret, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional personal care to all our clients. We looking for talented individuals to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accounts for delegate and estate matters, including income tax return preparation and other administration in line with detailed procedures.
  • Have experience in dealing with clients and providing high standards of care and professionalism.
  • Ensure all client work is progressed efficiently and that clients are kept informed of progress.
  • Be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages including: Word, Excel
  • Undertake fee earning work, accurate recording of time
  • Part time hours are available for this role

LEGAL ASSISTANT - LITIGATION TEAM

The talented individual will have

  • Ideally have at least one year’s experience working within a legal environment.
  • Have experience in dealing with clients and providing high standards of care and professionalism
  • Be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages including: Word, Excel.
  • Have a law degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
